1. Как едет посылка?

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will be notified via email with your unique 'delivery number' and delivery details. You will also receive the carrier's details to track and trace your order. You can choose any carrier that you want your parcel to be sent by that has representatives in China.
By default we use DHL for international shipment.
2. Shipment fee ?

Shipment fee are not included into the price and should be paid prior to dispatch after the order was made

3. Shipment insurance ?

Our default carrier DHL covers the value in respect of loss or damage to the shipment provided , that the Shipper so instructs DHL in writing by completing the insurance section on the front of the waybill or by DHL’s automated system and pays the applicable premium If shipped by other carriers , please contact your carrier to find out about insurance


4. Time quote on delivery ?

The time may vary depending on the destination, please contact your carrier for more information.

5. Who’s responsible for the shipment in case of loss or damage?

SINOMOBI is not responsible for your shipment after it was handed down to your carrier . Please make sure to fill out insurance section on the waybill before dispatch so that the carrier can provide you full refund if its lost or damaged
